I am a tank player, ive peaked plat before however recently it feels so hard to climb out of gold. Im gold 5 currently and lost heavily today, I have a code for a close game and was hopping anyone could give me a little feedback as to what I can do better via positioning, what fights to take and not take, and when to go in and not go in, because some fights feel so winnable to me and then I just end up feeding.

it is a really close game I wont spoil if its a win or loss for ur own enjoyment lol, but feedback would be really nice (also I know icky hazard but I find him fun and more enjoyable than my normal main rein people counter pick too often)

I kinda gave up on one tricking rein because counters would be played too often, however hazard feels like I cant be countered to a degree that makes me swap
WHAT I THINK MY ISSUE IS:
I think sometimes I just get this schizo thought thats like oh there are only 3 of them and 5 of us everyone is gonna push but I end up pushing alone and looking like an idiot, or ill do this in a 3v3 or 3v2 etc scenario where I feels its even so we need to take the time now to fight but it ends up not working out.
I would also like to know if you think I have climbing potential and if I should just keep at it or if im going to be hardstuck gold for awhile longer
