Description	This build focuses on increasing attack speed by dealing damage and hitting opponents that are wearing armor/shields. Round 1 - "Magmini" and weapon+ability lifesteal Round 2 - Try to trade in for Phantasmic Flux Round 3 - "Let Off Some Steam", sell items and get Shieldbuster and Weapon Jammer and weapon+ability lifesteal. Round 4+ - Adjust build accordingly. If heavily armored opponents like Orisa, grab Codebreaker, get +15% weapon power when you can. Eventually try to end up with Shieldbuster, Weapon Jammer, Eye of the Spider, Phantasmic Flux, and a debuff like Cybervenom or Liquid Nitrogen. All of the weapon items also buff your hammer if fighting a Genji or Orisa with reflect. Frenzy Amplifier is cheap and can be really useful even in late game. The Closer is decent if you can frequently land critical hits and can take the place of Codebreaker -- alternatively you can also use Vanadium Injection if you are goo about not using your ult, and it stacks really well with Frenzy Amplifier.
