Torbjörn is a versatile Damage hero in Overwatch 2, excelling at both long-range harassment and close-quarters combat. This guide focuses on effectively using his left click (primary fire), Overload ability, and right click (secondary fire) on the Ilios map—a Control map featuring three distinct points: Lighthouse, Ruins, and Well. By mastering this strategy, you can control key areas and secure victories for your team. The Strategy Torbjörn’s kit allows him to adapt to various combat ranges and situations. Here’s how to use his abilities in a powerful combo: Left Click (Primary Fire) Torbjörn’s Rivet Gun fires slow-moving projectiles that deal 70 damage per shot with no damage fall-off. Use this for long-range damage, harassing enemies as they approach or picking them off from a safe distance. Overload When activated, Overload grants +150 armor, increases attack speed by 37.5%, boosts movement speed by 30%, and enhances reload speed for 5 seconds (10-second cooldown). Trigger this ability when enemies get close, when you need to secure a kill, or to survive a tough fight. Right Click (Secondary Fire) This shotgun blast deals up to 105 damage per shot but consumes 3 ammo and is most effective at close range. Switch to right click for high burst damage when enemies are within a few meters. Core Combo Start with left click to weaken enemies from afar. When they close in or you spot a vulnerable target, activate Overload for the speed and health boost. Then switch to right click to finish them off with devastating close-range damage.
