Description	Junkertown’s first stretch can feel like a wide-open battlefield that tempts you to wait for perfect engagement opportunities. However, as Doomfist, you can flip the script and create those opportunities by going in boldly—especially when paired with a Mercy ready to resurrect you if things go south. Below is a breakdown of how and why an aggressive, sometimes seemingly reckless style can be extremely effective on Junkertown Defense. 1. The Map & Choke Points High Ground at Spawn: From the Defender’s perspective, you start near high walkways and a small corridor. You can choose to take the high ground or wait at corners to line up your Rocket Punch. The Long Sightline: Junkertown’s initial payload path gives snipers a massive vantage. This can discourage typical “poke” phases for heroes without range. For Doomfist, it’s actually an advantage: the more the enemy tries to maintain range, the more you can burst from safety with your mobility abilities. When on defense, it’s crucial to remember that the best results for Doomfist often come from engaging unexpectedly. A telegraphed dive is easy for the enemy to counter, but a sudden slam from the flank can throw them off.
