Description	Chosen Perks Minor : Crtl Alt Esc Major : Stack Overflow First look into Sombra with Perks : Crtl Alt Esc is more consistent than the Virus Perk, enables higher uptime during flanks (i.e. translocating at critical health instant heals), especially against DoT heroes like Juno, LW, Moira. Stack Overflow feels more impactful than 100 heals on a 4 second cooldown, a 2-second hack means double the time to burst down ability-dependent heroes like Doomfist, Genji or Tracer. Potential 5-second chain-hack with hack+EMP combo. For Virus Perk, they should make it reset Virus upon elim (when virus is active) or at least reduce it by 4-5 seconds. Perhaps even a making it reduce 1-2 second CD when virus hits an enemy. For the heal hack, I hope they take a first step by buff it by making it a 3-second CD (keep 100 heal over 2 sec) OR 100-120 heal over 1.5 seconds and keep 4-second CD.
