I didn’t really think I did much this game. Despite going 30-2 It seemed more like Widow did all the heavy lifting, and Mei did save the game for us at the end. I only got de-meched a total of 2 times, I believe? Which is a lot better than 90% of my games, where I get De-meched every time I go in. The advice I was given about waiting around for a good opportunity to close in on a single, isolated person, seemed to work in this game. Sadly you can’t really say I did any carrying :( I did apply some knowledge I learned in this match. For instance: when the enemy tank swapped to Mauga, I tried to save my Matrix for when Mauga went “Ha-HA!”, then I ripped my Matrix on him and finished him off. Against Ram, I tried to just ignore him. Though the times I didn’t ignore him, I thought I could burst him down. Unfortunately that’s not possible for D.va while Ram is in Hulk Buster Form. Something new I learned from this game: Wuyang isn’t actually tanky. He just has an ability that makes him seem that way, and it wears off with time. So if I were to fight a Wuyang, I should soft dive him to make him use his cooldowns, then hard dive once his bulk move is gone. Let me know how I did in this match.
